I’ve been getting to try grapes that are new to me (or ones that I have rarely tried) more often of late, and if the Perricone is any indication–I need to do it more often.
We may not be able to spend time with friends and family right now, but I think i know what food and wine pairing I want once we can.
A refreshing wine for the warmer months, the 2018 Tasca d’Almerita Grillo is a great value.
